Bright and central guest suite with private entry

Private, sunny and newly renovated guest suite tucked away in central Shepparton. Situated near the heart of Shepparton, this space is only less than a 10 minute walk to the Victoria Park Lake which boasts a picturesque walking trail and a perfect spot for a picnic, or head on over to visit the brand new Shepparton Art Museum (SAM) only around the corner. Additionally, the Shepparton CBD is only a 10 minute walk with countless food and drink options perfect for a coffee or entertainment. The space Stepping into your new home away from home, you can expect a private patio, living room with a comfortable couch, kitchenette/laundry, bathroom, toilet and bedroom. The kitchen includes a portable induction cooktop, convection microwave oven, nutri oven, fridge, coffee pod machine and all other necessary kitchen equipment. The bedroom features a super comfy queen bed with cozy linen, ample wardrobe space and a full length mirror. If you feel like treating yourself, the bathroom has a spacious corner spa available to bathe all your worries away. The space features ducted heating, evaporative cooling and fans in the bedroom and living room for all temperature regulating needs. A pull out sofa bed is available and can be made up upon request. Guest access You will have full access to the driveway/undercover carport where you can park your car, you will be provided with a remote control so you can come and go as you please. Shared backyard with grass, veggie patches & 5 laying hens with daily fresh eggs (chickens are enclosed and not roaming without supervision) you are invited to explore and pick fresh herbs, vegetables and fruit and collect eggs from the chickens. Other things to note We have 2 gentle adopted greyhounds who sleep up to 18hrs per day. Both dogs will not be allowed to roam in shared areas such as the backyard unless you would like a cuddle. Both dogs are incredibly quiet, however can become excited if both owners return after leaving the dogs for a short period of time, which rarely occurs as there is usually always someone home.
