Large basement with 3 beds, one private bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. Apartment is close to the BYU-Idaho college campus, and downtown amenities. Freeway access is three minutes away. Access to the apartment is along a lighted gravel path at right end of house, then through a gate and a along the patio twenty feet to the door on the left. You will have your own private space. We are upstairs and available for any extra needs. Very close to BYU-I: five-minute walk to edge of campus. Parking available on street in front of house. One space available in driveway. Home is located on well-lit, quiet residential street. BYU campus is five blocks away. No pets allowed. There is no wheelchair access, due to A) The three stone steps on the path that slopes down to the BnB entrance, and B) The BnB entrance door, which is 30 1/2" wide. (But, the inner hallways are 37" wide.)
