Description

Unique picturesque and quiet place. Very comfortable private room on the 1st floor, with 3 twin beds, with a private terrace adorned with plants and a place to sit. The room has air conditioning and central heating. There is a very good Wi-Fi signal throughout the house. Excellent location 2 blocks from the Carabobo subway A station, in the Flores neighborhood (geographic center of the city of Buenos Aires) 10 blocks from the shopping center on Avellaneda Avenue. The space The room is very comfortable, with a large chest of drawers and several racks for storing and hanging clothes, central heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Each guest will be provided with a towel and bath towel set. It also has exclusive access to the terrace decorated with plants and outdoor furniture for spending pleasant moments outdoors. The shared bathroom contains shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hairdryer, an iron, and a first-aid kit. It also has hot and cold drinking water, a bathtub with shower, a bidet, and a toilet, which is cleaned daily, except on Sundays and holidays. Other areas, such as the living room and the garden, are shared. For your convenience, there is a hot and cold water dispenser and a tray of infusions (various teas or coffees) for guests to help themselves to as many drinks as they like, free of charge. The house is inhabited by a married couple of retired musicians, but from time to time, guests will hear music on the piano that will delight those passionate about tango and national folklore. The kitchen is not included, so guests won't be able to cook, but they can heat up food in the microwave or store (labeled) food in the refrigerator when my parents are present. In any case, it's not worth cooking, as the house is in a family-friendly neighborhood, where food outlets are very affordable and offer a wide variety of dishes (Asian, vegetarian, barbecue, pizza, pasta, etc.). Its excellent location makes the stay even more pleasant, as Rivadavia Avenue is just two blocks away, a main artery that runs through the entire city, with a wide variety of public transportation, including the subway line A, which leads to Plaza de Mayo, the Government House, and Puerto Madero. To the west, just one block away, we'll find the Caballito neighborhood, where we'll find several restaurants and pubs, such as "El Patio de los Lecheros," an open-air dining space with live bands and shows. Just a few meters away there are a variety of shops, kiosks, a grocery store, a fruit shop, and a laundry. Guest access The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Those arriving by car can park for free on the street, or there is paid private parking in front of the house. Public transportation is very easy to access, as Rivadavia Avenue is just two blocks away, with numerous buses and the A subway line connecting to any point in the city. For your information, the A subway line reaches Plaza de Mayo, the Government House (Casa Rosada), and Puerto Madero in just a few minutes. During your stay Guests will be able to communicate with me as many times as they want to make their stay as pleasant as possible. Buenos Aires is a cultural city and there are always activities, concerts and events that are generally free and they will be aware of them since I am very up to date. pending this, as well as, if you are interested, I will inform you of places where tango is danced and taught. My email is marialuzp (hot mail in English) Other things to note The house is very quiet, so parties or meetings of any kind that disturb or inconvenience the other people living in the house at that time are not allowed. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The kitchen is not included so guests will not be able to cook. Yes, there is no problem heating food in the microwave or storing (labeled) food in the refrigerator when my parents are present. In any case, it is not worth cooking, since the house is in a family neighborhood, where the prices of the food establishments are very cheap and they have a wide variety of dishes (Asian food, vegetarian, roast, pizza, pasta, etc. .) To serve yourself at ease, there is a hot and cold water dispenser and a tray of infusions (different teas or coffees) so that guests can serve themselves as many times as they want for free. Check-in or entry to the house can be done from 8 am to 11 pm, the room would be ready (disinfected, clean and with replacement of sheets and towels) from 12 pm but if not from the day before If there were guests, starting at 8 am they could take possession of it. As for checkout, it starts at 10 am, but if there are no new guests for that room that day, they can stay longer and do late checkout.
