Kythnos beachfront villa with swimming pool

Family house with great sea view in the Aegean Sea and within 100 meters from the beach of the gulf of Kouri. Two more beaches are within walking distance and a Taverna. The house is located in the middle of the east coast of the island at about 20 min driving from the port of Merihas and the city of Kythnos and provided with a swimming pool and parking space. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space The house is completely independent and nothing is shared. On the ground floor there is an open space living room, kitchen and small indoor dining space. A TV set is also provided in the living room and the master bed room. The swimming pool is located at the front with unobstructed view to the Aegean sea. An outdoor sitting and dinning arrangement is provided, protected under a big pergola as indicated in the attached pictures. Four bed rooms are provided , three on the upper floor and one in the independent guest room. All bedrooms are fitted with king size beds and a dedicated shower/toilette. Covered parking space can accommodate up to two cars. Guest access All parts of the house are available to our guests. Other things to note The island of Kythnos is well known for its numerous beaches which can be reached either by car or by boat from the port of Merihas. The island is within 1h and 45min from the port of Lavrio in the mainland. There is a variety of Tavernas and Restaurants scattered around the island with delicious food.
