Blackout blinds, very large kitchen for the epicureans out there who enjoy cooking! If not, you still have the option of four tasty restaurants on your doorstep. One minute walk away, there is a large park where people cycle and run. It's also safe in the mornings and evenings. The park runs a little further out where people normally walk their dogs. The house is located off the main road around the corner, which is perfect if you don't want to be disturbed by daytime noise (cars, people...). The apartment has adjustable central heating and constant hot water. As this apartment is located at the rear, guests can upon request be given access to the view of the door via a camera app for the phone. Guests have to take care of the bin collection when they stay at this property, check the house rules for details. Mail/Parcel Delivery: Sadly, we do not allow any mail/parcels to be delivered using our Airbnb address. As "Short-term rental guests", any mail you want to receive, can use the post office nearby for delivery. Any unexpected mail/parcels will be returned to sender. We provide basic cookware for our guests. Guests can upgrade to nicer quality cookware, but we take a deposit for that. To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial starter pack but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
