Old Grain Mill, Eyemouth, is an Historic grand watermill situated on the River Eye. 6 En-suites, 2 further bedrooms, library, reading room, entry level wet bar, snooker table, cinema, room and several breakout areas. The house can take 24 adults. There is a penthouse which accommodates a further 6 guests, with Gym, balcony, log stove and large sink bath. There is a pizza oven, grill and a wood fired sauna. The space Luxurious and comfortable stay in the Scottish Borders. Guest access Access to the property is via lock box or host. Please note the booking includes sole access to the 5 levels of the property. A separate penthouse sits on top of the building which is used occasionally by owners and friends.
