It's a 3 floor house in Colinas del Country Club. (San Carlos Sonora). This house has a pool and a grill for barbeque in the backyard which has a nice view to the ocean, just ideal for family and friends. We are located at less than 5 minutes from restaurants, night clubs, the marine and beaches, and only a few steps from the golf club. The 2nd room has a double bunk bed and a single bunk bed ( for 6 people). The 3rd room has a double bed. All rooms have a closet and mini splits. This 2nd floor also counts with a bathroom in the corridor. - The 3rd floor has a living room with a 65" tv with netflix, prime video, disney + and hbo max. There's a 2nd dining table for 6 people, a ping pong table, one bathroom and 2 balconies with views to the ocean and tetakawi wich is the most emblematic mountain in San Carlos. The backyard has a pool with multicolor lights, an area with shade cloth that has a bar with a grill for barbeque, and another bar/table for 10 people, a garden swing and an exterior couch. There's also 2 bathrooms ( men and women), a shower and a pile to wash clothes.
