This two bhk apartment is in a gated colony with security. It has a bedroom with a view of the valley; a drawing cum dining room which opens into a balcony, a patch of green in front; two bathrooms; and a well equipped kitchen. The apartment is airy, gets plenty of sunlight, and is very comfortable to live in. Note: We can arrange a reliable & reasonable helper, whom you will have to pay directly, as per the chores. PS: You are required to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. The space The dining and drawing room has plenty seating space, and opens into a balcony, that overlooks a beautiful valley. One can even sit in the balcony at night to stargaze, especially to catch a glimpse of a shooting star. The bedroom overlooks the valley, has a cupboard for your things, bedside tables, and bedside lights for some reading. We have also provided blankets and a heater to keep you cozy. The bedroom has an attached bathroom with a western commode toilet, a shower, and a geyser for hot water. The kitchen has provision of gas, with some basic utensils, crockery and cutlery. Guest access You will have access to: - One bedroom that overlooks the Himalyan range and has an access point to the balcony, with and attached bathroom (with a western commode, shower facility and a geyser for hot water) - A second bedroom that overlooks the small patch of green, with and attached bathroom (with a western commode, shower facility and a geyser for hot water) - A well-equipped kitchen with all the basic crockery, cutlery and utensils. You will easily be able to cook meals for yourself. The kitchen also has a fridge, a microwave and an oven. - A drawing and dining room. The dining table comfortably seats four. The drawing room overlooks the Himalyan valley too, and has an access point to the balcony. - A balcony that has great views in the morning and night. (PS: Make sure to shut doors to the balcony when not using it). - A tiny lawn patch in the front Other things to note 1. You are required to register your entry and exit into our gated colony upon your arrival and departure. You will be asked to verify government ids, as well. 2. You are required to walk down a flight of stairs to access the apartment. 3. You will have to directly pay for any help that you hire for cleaning and cooking, this cost is not included in the stay. 4. We will ensure the apartment is neat and clean prior to your arrival. 5. You will have to directly pay for any transportation services that you use, this cost is not included in the stay.
