Our apartment has been designed so that you can enjoy a pleasant stay in one of the best areas of San Salvador where the weather is pleasant, and where you can enjoy an incredible view of the city from the comfort of a private balcony accompanied by a cup of coffee or working quietly with excellent WIFI (60MB). Very close to business centers and shopping malls. The space The apartment has been designed exclusively to provide the best experience for our guests and make them feel at home. It has: - 60MB Wi-Fi - A comfortable room with a reclining sofa, and a 50-inch screen with cable service, and Netflix. - Dining room for six. - Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sink with hot water, plates, cutlery, pans, and all kitchen utensils. - A service room with a washer and dryer. - Master bedroom: Queen size bed, air conditioning, Walk-in Closet, Black-Out Curtain, Smart TV with Netflix and Disney Plus service. Guest access Before your arrival, you must share with us the name and identification number (REQUIRED) of yourself and all your companions. This is to register it at the entrance of the building, so that they know of your arrival both for your safety and that of the residents of the building, and thus avoid inconveniences for you to enter. Visitors must be reported before entering the building, and the only entrance is through the visitor parking lot. Prior to arrival, we will require the names and IDs of all guests staying with us. With this information, the security guard will allow access and guide you to your parking space. Visitors also need to be announced to the host before having access to the building. We like to keep all guests and residents feeling safe in a great environment. Other things to note The apartment has self check-in. When you book, we'll give you an access code that you can use for the duration of your stay. We also know the importance of having a clean space, which is why we sanitize prior to the arrival of our guests. If you need additional cleaning, this can be requested at least 24 hours in advance and costs $30. The apartment has its own entrance and we will provide you with a code to access the property. We also know that a clean space is very important, so we provide sanitation prior to every new guest's arrival. Upon request, should you need extra cleaning during your stay, we can arrange it for an additional fee of $30 (let us know 24 hours in advance)
