Based in the heart of historic east Belfast, our modern 2 bedroom house is perfectly situated to allow you to relax and explore the local area with its cultural highlights and renowned eateries. Close attractions include CS Lewis Square, Titanic Centre, SSE Arena, Stormont Estate and Belfast City Centre. It is located a short ride from the City Airport and perfect for exploring further with a bus stop at the end of street and taxis close by. Social distancing is easy with the entire house to yourself and our lockbox check in system. The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between visitors. We have a small enclosed outside courtyard area with seating area. The property also enjoys a separate utility room complete with washing machine and dryer. We have wifi and smart tv enabling Netflix as well as easy to use heating. Please note the property is located in a residential area so please respect our neighbours. Parking is available for free on the street outside. We do not allow house parties, pets or guests who are not booked to stay at the property. Smoking permitted outside only. Guest access Guests have access to all of the house during their stay.
