The Gîte de l'Hirondelle welcomes you all year round, whether you are traveling for business (close to the EDF site of BUGEY and the Industrial Park of the Plaine de l'Ain...) or for a tourist getaway (visit the medieval village of PEROUGES, discover the ponds of the DOMBES, go down the river by canoe,...) The space Located in Charnoz sur Ain, a small quiet village by the river, the cottage will offer you the calm and comfort for a pleasant stay. Guest access Guests will have access to 1 bedroom, a bathroom, toilet, kitchen open to the living room as well as the terrace with its large table and private garden equipped with a barbecue and picnic table under the trees. Two bedrooms are already booked and guests will share the common areas. During your stay I live in the house adjoining the cottage, I am available to help and inform my guests Other things to note The house is new, well insulated and benefits from low-temperature underfloor heating with independent circuit (one per room, independent setting), powered by an air-source heat pump.
