Our beach house offers a sanctuary of peace and calm, perfectly suited for 2 - 4 guests. Situated near the Great Ocean Road and only 10 minutes drive to the iconic 12 Apostles. This stylish beach house is well-equipped and has been newly renovated inside although the bathroom remains unrenovated. The space The two-bedroom house has a classic, retro beach vibe and has been carefully styled. The lounge room offers FOXTEL for all guests staying free of charge. There is a kitchen/dining plus space on the front deck to have a cheese platter and wine while watching the sun set. The house also has a generous master room plus second bedroom with roll out trundle, one bathroom, toilet, laundry facilities and mud room. The Sunroom is a beautiful space that can be closed off for some peace and quiet while reading. There is a large front yard perfect for an afternoon picnic and smaller backyard. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located beach house. Guest access Access to the whole house. Please note there is a shared driveway. - NO PARKING IN DRIVEWAY. Other things to note Shared Driveway - NO PARKING IN DRIVEWAY. You are welcome to park on the grass nature strip out the front or on the street. There is enough hot water for each guest to have one short shower per day. We don't have instant hot water, therefore if you run out, it will refill and reheat over night.
