Skiing, Biking and Hiking at The Flats!

“The Flat” is in Prospector Square and close to shopping, restaurants and more. We completed a beautiful renovation in January 2020. It is a very comfortable, modern and spacious condo. We want you to feel like you never want to leave. You will especially love our electric fireplace that can heat the whole place in the winter. There is also air conditioning for the summer. So come and relax or go explore all of Park City by the free bus only steps away. We can hardly wait to host you. The space We had quite a few guests that stayed in our condo this summer that worked from home and they all said our WiFi was top notch. We have our own router so it should be sufficient for all of your needs. Our condo is located on the main floor of the Carriage House condos. The building has a large indoor hot tub, free parking in the many lots around Prospector, as well as a big spacious lobby with comfy furniture, fireplace and a new area with lots of lots of vending machines. Plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, the Silver Mountain Spa and gym, and shopping are all within walking distance or easy access via our free Park City bus. I have made several Guidebooks with my recommendations that you will find right here on my site. I have also included a notebook inside the condo with lots of information including the different bus routes. We are pleased to offer all of our guests a selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate for the mornings or after a day on the mountain. Free wifi with our own router. You will find a large bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed complete with the best mattress, pillows and soft sheets and smart TV. There is also a large closet with drawers and hanging space for all of your things. The bathroom has a tiled tub/shower, soft and absorbent towels for the bath as well as separate pool towels. Our open concept living area offers our brand new kitchen with custom made maple cupboards, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and a stylish, wood grained dinette set for 2. The living room features a comfortable couch set in front of your beautiful electric fireplace and your app filled 55" smart TV. We hope you find everything you need in our place. We have gone out of our way to try and think of everything for you. Please let us know what we may have missed. Guest access A Greenwald Pay App operates the laundry in the room next door, so no more coins!!! A pool and a very large indoor hot tub with a changing room, shower and restrooms. As well as a locker in the main lobby. Please check our notebook in the condo for all the details. Other things to note We have plenty of parking available in multiple lots nearby as well as right in front of our building. You can register the car with the QR code we have provided right inside the condo on the kitchen counter. Please be sure to move the car every 24 hours in the winter months to allow for snow removal.
