Laurelwood Suite: 2 Bedrooms, Private Entrance

The entire upstairs of our house is yours! Your space has a locked off, private entrance (we live downstairs in a separate area). Includes 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private living area, one full bath, mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, washer/dryer, and small private outside space. 5-10 min drive to the Sun Valley airport. Perfect base to experience world-renowned skiing, hiking, biking, and fishing. The space The private unit of our entire upstairs is yours! (Private entrance and outside space). Clean, cozy, two bedrooms each with queen beds, and a single private full bathroom with shower/tub. Your private living area is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee pot, and microwave. The private living area has a comfy couch, great WiFi, and Tv with AppleTv for relaxing after a day of exploring the valley. The washer and dryer located in the downstairs of your private unit available for use. Note: for 1-week or longer stays, we will need to access the washer/dryer unit located in the downstairs of unit, will communicate on access. Plenty of parking available next to the house (garage and driveway is reserved for the owner only). Great WiFi in the unit. Perfect base while exploring our wonderful valley, including hiking, biking, and trail system [toe of the hill] 15 feet from the backyard. 20-25 min drive to Ketchum/Sun Valley during non-rush hour, and 20 min to Silver Creek Preserve. NOTE: given current road construction, expect delays Monday-Friday for northbound traffic between 7-9 AM and southbound traffic from 4-6 PM. Guest access The whole upstairs of the home w/ a private entrance. Access is located behind the garage. Park to the right-hand side of 3rd garage bay in the dirt/gravel area, (driveway is for owners only.) Enough parking for 2 vehicles, 3 if approved. Walk behind the garage to access private Airbnb entry. Private outside patio at entrance. The laundry room is the only shared space in the unit. There is a washer/dryer in the downstairs entry of the unit that is private; however: for 1-week or longer stays, we will need to access the washer/dryer unit located in the downstairs of unit at the base of the stairwell. We will communicate on access to the washer/dryer. Note: there is a staircase to enter the unit. Other things to note This is a private unit with a private entrance. We do live downstairs in a separate unit. For stays longer than 1 week, we will need to share laundry facilities [located in the downstairs of your private entrance]. Will notify on times of shared laundry as needed if longer than 1-week stay. Please note the unit does not have a full kitchen; it does have a microwave, coffee pot, mini-fridge, and the bathroom sink. No pets, please. Thanks!
