DVR allows you to record the big game and replay as you wish! Wireless internet provides access though out the house or as you are lounging by the hot tub or pool! Kitchen, living areas, and laundry facilities are all available for your use. We do ask that you please observe and respect the owner's privacy in the master bedroom. Attention Tesla and EV car owners: We now have a Tesla 60 amp/240 V charger available! Eddie and Elaine are here to help with any of your needs. We can arrange to drop you off and pick you up from the nearby attractions (our schedule permitting!) allowing a relaxing way of getting to and from your day's activities! Our quiet secluded neighborhood is very safe and located in a great little city that has numerous parks nearby! Several restaurants are easily within walking distance! There is a station 4.7 miles away for the commuter train that runs between Dallas and Fort Worth. DFW is just 10.5 miles away. Prior arrangement can be made for pick up and drop off, schedule permitting! Separate restroom access from pool and Hot Tub area. The pool bath is directly accessible from the patio. It has been completely remodeled to include a steam shower, rain shower head, custom lighting and a heated floor! Also: There are no hidden fees from the homeowner. We do not charge a cleaning fee and our cancellation policy is 100% refundable 5 days prior to check in!
