A colorful master bedroom with in-suite shower, and bathroom, two twin size beds. it is a cleaning and sanitizing after yourself rules that every guest should abide by them. I PROVIDED NEW appliances (microwave, Toaster oven, hot water kettle, toaster, Private FRIDGE, in hallway outside of your room to use. GREAT FOR LONG TERM GUESTS IT interns or engineers, PG&E contractors, and TRAVEL NURSES, First Responders are all WELCOME. The space CLEAN , SAFE, COZY ,CHIC, COMFORTABLE. PRIVATE. During your stay I will be home every nights in 1st floor which is by the entrance door it’ used to be a den for office work , it have very high ceiling not possible to put any door on it. Your bedrooms are upstairs and totally private, i also sometime cook and can provide food, or share grocery produces paid by Cash. I am a great cook for gourmet Persian or some American homemade fresh food, for extra charge. Breakfast $ 12 FOR 3 courses , Lunch or dinner15 $.
