This charming cottage on Silver Lake is the perfect vacation destination! Our cottage sleeps 6 with 2 queen bedrooms & queen sleeper sofa in the sun room. Silver Lake is a beautiful 600 acre lake that offers boating, kayaking, fishing, skiing, swimming! Or stay where you are to relax by the water on the *private dock - grill, fire pit & sandy frontage close by. Our cottage is always kept pet free, keeping the house and yard extra clean for our guests! *Dock guaranteed Memorial Day - Labor Day. The space The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, washer/dryer, dining area, & bonus room with amazing views of the water. We provide linens, bath towels (wash cloths not included) kitchen necessities, etc. Located just 7 miles to downtown Traverse City, it's a quick drive in for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. *Due to a short warm weather season, dock & waterfront are guaranteed open and available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. It's possible they will be available before &/or after these dates, but not guaranteed. Other things to note * We provide enough toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags & dish soap to get your trip started; additional supplies can be purchased at one of several grocery stores close by * The cottage has well water. Some guests prefer to bring their own bottled drinking water * Firewood is not provided, but can be found at various stores around town * Due to a short warm weather season, dock & waterfront are guaranteed open and available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. It's possible they will be available before &/or after these dates, but not guaranteed. * This property is available for monthly rent from November - April each year.
