Guest access For your comfort, we have also provided a professional and especially local concierge service: - For any booking: possibility to request the concierge for any booking of activities, services (e.g. ticket bookings for a getaway to the Île d'Yeu, errands made on arrival for the stay, takeaway meals ordered, bike rental), only the cost of the service ordered remains your responsibility (e.g. price of tickets, errands, meals, bike rental). - Surprise organization for a loved one optional upon request. - Disinfection of the accommodation before your arrival. - Optional extra linen on request. - Beds made on arrival for an optional extra upon request. Thus, your stay is organized and this service saves you time to optimize your presence and have the advice and good local recommendations. CLEANING AT THE TENANT'S EXPENSE: End-of-stay cleaning service available as an option upon request. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Bed and bath linens are not provided, you can book them with the concierge who will contact you after your booking. The €80 included in your booking is equivalent to a rotation cleaning. This cleaning consists of checking, disinfecting the contact points (remote control, chairs, handles, switches), cleaning the taps, and the sanitary facilities upon your departure. The end of stay cleaning is extra at the rate of €95. If you subscribe to this option, we take care of the entire cleaning (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room, vacuuming and washing the floors), we only ask you to throw away your garbage and wash the dishes.
