The space includes one queen and one full bed to allow for flexible sleeping options for various types of guests. Located 5 blocks from OSU campus. It is close to bus line, natural foods Co-Op and Sam's Station Coffee House. A large private space with flexible sleeping option as it contains both a full and queen sized bed. Foam sleeping mats can be made available for children as well if necessary (add'l fee for more than 2 guests). The space is not be suitable for children under 5. Space has a full private bathroom and walk in closet. There are multiple windows which bring in a lot of light. A great place for people associated with OSU activities as it is close to campus. The guest suite is the second floor of an addition to the home. The large space is located up and away from the main living space. It is private, quiet and has great windows. The house is located in the College Hill Historic District. It is a quiet neighborhood and there is ample street parking outside the home. The house is located 2 blocks from the bus stop (buses are free in Corvallis) and approximately 10 minute walk to the North Coop and Fred Meyers. The west end of OSU campus is approximately a 10 minute walk (5-6 blocks). Campus eateries are within walking distance as well. Guests are welcome to use our main kitchen. Guests that use the kitchen are expected to clean up after themselves however. We can recommend great places for local hikes or mountain/road bike rides. If you are a cyclist we'd be happy to show you some of the trails/routes ourselves if you are interested. Downtown Corvallis is approximately a 25 minute walk or a short bus/bike ride away. Corvallis bus transit system is free. There are 2 buses near our house that can take you to campus or downtown. Please note, no excessive drinking, drug use, or smoking is allowed on this property. There are two friendly cats and a whoodle (dog) that share the main house with the family. The cats are indoor/outdoor and let themselves in/out through a cat door in the garage. The dog is very sweet, non-shedding and does not bark. The animals are never allowed in the upstairs guest suite and not allowed in the general rental space (french doors are closed to isolate space from main house).
