Welcome to our brand-new house! Just built in 2021, this central Tucson home offers refreshing and relaxing vibes and creature comforts. We have a security gate with a code for you to come and go at your leisure with offstreet, private parking. You will also have your own private double-vanity bathroom and access to laundry, full kitchen and the entire great room for cooking, eating and lounging. We have 2 friendly dogs (golden retriever and miniature dachshund) who look forward to meeting you! The space Once you drive up to the private security gate and enter the code, you'll see a long driveway framed by a an iron gate as you drive up to your Airbnb stay. This modern home was just built in 2021 and boasts unique details like quartz countertops and ceramic flooring. Our view of the Catalina Mountains from the backyard and drive up is the best view we have ever seen from a home in Tucson. We hope you take the time to hang out in the backyard, use the grill if you like to cook, and soak up the unbeatable view. You will have your own private double-vanity bathroom with full tub and shower, with modern fixtures and touches. We have made sure to anticipate your needs and have stocked the bathroom with essentials and creature comforts like bath bombs and salts. Your room is uniquely keyed from the rest of the house to ensure your privacy. You will have your own key to your room plus a unique code for entry to the home to come and go as you please. High-speed WIFI is available all throughout the house. The router is actually right next to your room for the fastest possible connection. Guest access You'll have complete access to all of the common areas in the Great Room downstairs, plus the outdoor patio/backyard and of course, feel free to cook in the full kitchen or grill outside! During your stay We are here to make your stay what you want. If you want privacy, you have it, and if you'd like to socialize with us, we're happy to chat it up! Please use us as a resource to help you enjoy Tucson. We love sharing Tucson with guests! Other things to note We have 2 dogs, a golden retriver/poodle mix (Amy) and a miniature dachshund (Samson). They mostly entertain/play with each other but they are also super affectionate and love to meet new people. Feel free to play with them if you like or ignore them to your heart's desire.
