It is has the ground floor then two further floors each with its own bedroom and you have a shower room and toilet on the first floor and a toilet and basin on the top floor which makes it ideal for couples, family or friends holidaying together. Plus you have an ideal courtyard upstairs which makes a wonderful space to either relax or entertain in. The homely , comfortable decor and stylish soft furnishings give this cottage a wonderful feel as soon as you walk in. Ideally situated just across the road from one of the most lovely areas of Lyme Regis you will be spoilt for choice with places to go and things to see. Wake up in this wonderful home and pop across the road to the artisan bakery which sells wonderful breads and croissants and freshly brewed coffee or book a table at the highly recommended Millside restaurant or the Italian which is just on your doorstep. You also have Lyme’s famous microbrewery and the Ship Inn pub all within the same fantastic area of old Lyme Regis where Phoenix Cottage is situated. The cottage itself is really very lovely! It has been decorated with wonderful colours and stylish interiors and set across three floors each couple will have its own bedroom and bathroom/ restroom. On the second floor you even have a courtyard where you can spend your evenings with a glass of wine in this sun trap garden. The kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher, breakfast bar and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You also have a downstairs loo. In the lounge area you can sit and watch the world go by and you also have a large smart TV to spend your evenings snuggled up on the sofa watching a film. Phoenix cottage is at the bottom end of the town so within a couple of minutes you are in the main street of the town and you will be greeted with the breathtaking coastline of Lyme Regis and the world-famous Cobb. Lyme Regis is a very special town with a strong arty vibe and many independent shops and art galleries where you can waste hours pottering about in these unique shops. This old historic town is set on the Jurassic Coast and in a world heritage site so you really are in one of the U.K.’s most beautifully unspoilt seaside towns. Lyme Regis remains one of the top five most searched for places to stay in the UK and it is no wonder that people come back to visit year after year! Set on the Devon /Dorset boarder this beautiful area is surrounded by wonderful places to visit and lots of things to do. You have the market town of Bridport , only 15 minutes away where Broadchurch was filmed and Lyme Regis has just had 2 Hollywood directors chose to film here which has brought lots of famous people to the town recently where ‘Ammonite’ and the new ‘Willy Wonka ‘ film has used Lyme as a location. Other things to note The top floor bedroom is lovely and has a king size bed. It is positioned under the eaves so very tall people may be more comfortable in the first floor bedroom! You can park outside the property for up to 1 hour then within walking distance you have a long stay car park where you can buy long parking permits at the machine which makes it ideal to leave your car parked up once here and not have to use it if you wish as everything is so central with this property‘s location
