Large townhouse/appartment in central Sunnmøre

Large and spacious semi-detached house centrally located on Sunnmøre is rented out for periods when I work on the sea and the house is empty. The accommodation consists of two floors, where there are two bathrooms, two large bedrooms, large living room with sofa/TV space and dining room. Kitchen has everything necessary and also a dining table with 4 chairs. Patio consists of garden and field terrace. Summertime barbecue and pavilion. Geiranger, Trollstigen and Ålesund city center are just a short drive away! The space Welcome to støleskaret 35! The perfect base location for countless excursions! Ask me for tips! Bedroom Originally, there are 3 bedrooms, but one is used as an office and is normally locked when renting. There are then 2 bedrooms for rent. Master bedroom consists of a 180 double bed, and guest bedroom has a 140 bed with a 90 bunk bed on top. A total of 5 sleep place in the house. Bathrooms There are bathrooms on both floors. On the 1st floor there is a toilet and a bath. The bubbles / pump on the bath are out of order, but the bath can be used as a normal bath without any problem. On the 2nd floor there is a toilet and shower. Kitchen Kitchen are equipped with basic equipment and pans. In addition to the combi cabinet in the kitchen, there is an additional refrigerator and freezer in the storage room. This must be notified in advance if it is to be used. Parking There is space for 3-4 cars near the house, free of charge. If 4 parking spaces are required, this should be informed in advance, as my car is usually parked there when I travel. Note that the driveway is shared with a neighbor, and this must be taken into account. There is a 10A outdoor socket that can be used to charge a car, but only after agreement! Television The home has 2 televisions. One in the main living room and one in the master bedroom. There are no channels on the TVs, but they have chromecast. With this you can stream various programs or channels directly from your phone / tablet. There is also a playstation 3 in the living room, with some games. Internet There is a fiber network wifi in the house. Password and name will be available in the house upon arrival. Outdoors At ground level there is a ground terrace, as well as a small lawn. Exit to this from the guest room. Here there will be the opportunity for grilling etc. In summer there will be a pavilion. There is limited outdoor furniture today, but I want to get this in place as soon as possible. Smoking only takes place outdoors! Laundry room There is one laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. Check out I ask that check-out takes place before 12 noon, unless otherwise agreed.
