Description
Hello, please to host you! Come try the real Parisian experience in an artsy and convenient neighborhood, direct transport to all main Monuments and Museums for those who are discovering the city ;) The space live in a little nest I arranged with love, in a hidden courtyard, calm and green, secured and only on the 1st floor! I'm a Graphic Designer and you will feel the artsy and chill vibes while resting on the bed. You will have your own kitchen if you feel like cooking (lot of delicatessen around). You will have your own luminous bathroom with toilets and the hot water comes instantly in the shower to wash off the dust of your errands in my beautiful city! Many nice bars, restaurants and services around, you will feel like in an artsy village few minutes by walk from famous Canal St Martin, Buttes Chaumont Parc and Republique Place Guest access All the place is yours, excepted : - There is a roof/balcony, you can go in but not to do party or put music or other noise because it’s not really mine. You can take breakfast on it for example and take some fresh air closed to plants. - In the courtyard, you could see a table with chairs, you can use when you want. After 23 hours in summer, speak not loud to not disturb neighbors. Thanks for your understanding, I really appreciate. Other things to note *important* NO WIFI Be careful if you are alergic of cats and dogs. Both live here the rest of the year. If you’re two, you need to open and close the bed everyday. During summer, I need you to water plants outside and ask for picture (the caretaker can water for you but he need to enter in the appartment) The shower entrance is very fine, you shouldn’t rent if you are upper 100kg. *thanks for your understand* You can clean your clothes just next door in a coin launderette from 7am to 20pm. (you need one hour to clean and dry. you can come back home during the process) Registration Details 7511003947909
