This is a guest suite with a private entrance in a majestic home. High end furnishings and professionally decorated. This home sits as a retreat from the city, but steps from everything. Large room - 12 feet ceiling- hardwood floors with king bed, dining area, sofa with pull out bed, and 60 inch smart TV. Luxury bathroom with two sinks, separate shower, and large soaking tub. Walk-in closet with kitchenette. There is a door that leads into the main home. This is always locked. Other things to note NOTE: We have two dogs- non barkers but you might hear them from time-to-time. Pool and/or hot tub use is an additional $40 per day. Hours available are 9am-10pm. Freedom Parkway is near the home. You will hear some city traffic/noises. A noise machine is provided for your convenience. This is a non-smoking home. No smoking or vaping inside the home or anywhere on premises. $200 minimum cleaning fee if smoking is detected on premises. There is an additional guest fee ($50) if there are more than two people.
