Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly house located in a quiet neighborhood. This house is brand-new, bright and sunny, and has an open floor-plan with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It's primarily designed for long-term stays: the beds and linens are comfy and the kitchen is well-stocked and ready for lots of home-cooked meals. The decor is fun and funky, with lots to look at. The 2-car garage is all yours, as is the spacious, fully-fenced backyard. The space This house is new (construction was finished in 2021). It is bright and sunny, and has an open floor-plan and 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. The main bedroom suite has a king bed, large bathroom, and walk-in closet. With versatile bedrooms, everyone is sure to be comfy: two of the bedrooms can set up as either a king or 2 twin XL beds. The 4th bedroom is set up as an office, but the couch folds out to a twin-size bed, and a mattress topper is provided so it can be comfy for our long-term guests. A spare twin folding cot bed is also provided. Guest access The entire space is yours: house, garage, and yard. Other things to note - The home is located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood, and we have no intention of bothering our neighbors. Please note that noise or other complaints are unacceptable. - We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need multiple houses. Let us know! - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance. - If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that. If you have any questions, we're happy to help!
