This is a 2 bed 1 bath home in a rural area on a paved road 6 miles south of I-40 with plenty of parking. Come enjoy the tranquility & beauty of this country retreat. Enjoy the firepit (or fireplace if you prefer) at night. Just minutes to food, shopping and casinos with a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, appliances and laundry on-site. The space *Each bedroom is nice with a queen size bed. *Bathroom is a tub/shower. *Wood tile flooring in the main areas with carpet in the bedrooms. *Kitchen has a bar with bar stools, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. *Keurig coffee pot with coffee, sugar, creamer, sweetener AND hot chocolate. *Smart tv in the living room. *Toys and games for the kids OR adults. *Large yard! ***NOTE: Back step to patio is not handicap accessible. ***Note we have cameras for security purposes monitoring the front door, rear door and barn. These will be turned off upon guest arrivals. ***Note that this is a farm/ranch which may require us to occasionally be on-site at the outbuildings but we will not bother our guests and never access the house during your stay. Guest access In-house laundry on-site. Fire place and fire pit on-site including firewood! Other things to note Laundry detergent is on-site for you convenience. If possible, please strip the bedsheets and place them in the washroom, along with all used towels and washcloths before your departure. Please also load and start the dishwasher before your departure. Pods are under the sink.
