Property borders 150+ acres of open public space with 4 miles of marked trails for hiking, bike riding, etc. Close (5 min) from major shopping (grocery, Walmart, Target, Staples, etc) and I-84. The space The home is a custom cape. The 1st floor has an eat in kitchen, a dining area and living room, and bathroom. The second floor has a large bedroom and separate office - NOTE: there are no doors between the two rooms....only a landing at the top of the stairs separate the rooms. Other things to note 1.
