Private and Serene home close to I-84 and shopping

Beautifullly appointed home on 15+ secluded acres. Property borders 150+ acres of open public space with 4 miles of marked trails for hiking, bike riding, etc. Close (5 min) from major shopping (grocery, Walmart, Target, Staples, etc) and I-84. The space The home is a custom cape. The 1st floor has an eat in kitchen, a dining area and living room, and bathroom. The second floor has a large bedroom and separate office - NOTE: there are no doors between the two rooms....only a landing at the top of the stairs separate the rooms. Other things to note 1. We do not allow cats or children other than infants. 2. Please be aware that there is only 1 bedroom/bed. The other sleeping areas are a futon couch in the office across from the bedroom. ...and there are no doors between the two rooms, only a landing at the top of the stairs....so privacy may be an issue. 3. The bed has a box spring, with a wood bed frame is older and some guests say it squeaks. Some guests say the mattress is "too firm", or "too soft".....most think it the bed is just right.
