UNH, Dell Lea, Gunstock Mt, Laconia, Atlantic Ocean, NH lakes, ME Outlets. 90 min to Boston The space The "ELL" ( recently renovated) is open concept except for 2 loft bedrooms and the bathroom. Spacious, quiet. Dog friendly. NO CATS PLEASE! Lots of private outdoor space. See photos and their descriptions for details. Guest access Your private dwelling as pictured in photos. Private driveway, parking, fenced-in yard, deck w/ grill & views of fields and wooded vistas. Dogs are welcome for a separate $50.00 pet fee. Sorry NO cats Common areas include open fields, gardens, GulfBrook, trails and wooded areas. Other things to note We will provide one rack of wood for the woodstove & the fire pit free of charge. More is available for a separate charge of 25.00 per rack. *Or collect your own for free from felled trees in the wooded area on the farm! Kids love this. Remember that special marshmallow!
