The Little White House - St Andrews

The Little White House is a newly renovated, luxury home located in the historic town of St Andrews. The well-laid out accommodation can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises: Open plan kitchen, living, and dining room, ideal for socialising and creating everlasting memories. There are two bedrooms, a family bathroom and cloakroom. Families, friends and golfers will enjoy this space. There are also stunning views overlooking the town and sea from the enclosed private back garden. The space The house is on two levels: The down stairs space has - Kitchen; dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, slow cooker and all utensils provided. - Living room; two settees, 43 inch smart tv, small tables, super fast full fibre broadband and an assortment of board games. - Dining area; table with 4 chairs. - Cloakroom; WC and wash-hand basin. - Cupboard; ironing board, iron, hoover, brush & shovel, mop & bucket, clothes horse, pegs, and a washing basket. The upstairs has - 2 bedrooms (one king, and a twin) both rooms have built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and dressing tables. All mattresses are Hybrid Octasmart by Dormeo. Bedding and towels are provided. - Main bathroom; WC, wash-hand basin, shower/ bath. Guest access Guests are sent the lock box code 24/48hrs prior to their arrival. Guests have full access to the whole house. Front door entrance is level with the pavement. You will be able to access the back garden from the french doors. There is a designated private parking space to use during your stay. Other things to note St Andrews is a Scottish town located 10 miles southeast of Dundee and 30 miles northeast of Edinburgh on the east coast of Fife. St Andrews is also known globally as the "Home of Golf". St Andrews attracts a large number of visitors who come for the golf courses, which are among the best in the world, as well as the sandy beaches.
