Cozy Studio in Vic House

PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION before booking. Cozy STUDIO in charming Victorian home. Private entrance; beautiful garden with Barbecue; one FULL SIZE BED. Private bathroom, kitchen, dinette, wifi, and cable. As we are not in NYC-the new law banning Airbnb rentals in NYC does not apply to us. I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent if you need help renting, buying or selling. NO SMOKING in the studio. The space The space is small, quaint and cozy ideal for one person, however two can be accommodated. We have a FULL SIZE bed; ****Please note it is a STUDIO which by NY standards has NO bedroom. Part of the living room is turned into a very comfortable sleeping area. Therefore the studio is suitable for 2 people. More than that it would be somewhat tight unless we are talking about children. Bathroom: the bathroom was just given a very nice upgrade--new floor-new toilet- new shower floor, which is my fav. It's like taking a showroom in a spa with pebbles under your feet to massage them. Kitchen: it is fully equipped. We have a gas stove top however no oven. We do have a table top oven/toaster. The studio has direct access to the garden. We have a grill in the garden which you are welcome to use. The pics of the garden are listed in my other listing under Charming Victorian House. We are NOT a hotel or motel, nor are we a bed and breakfast. It is our home and in the spirit of Airbnb we open our home to travelers who desire to experience a home away from home. We trust that our guest will treat our home as it were there own. Privacy is very important for us. When you stay with us the studio is totally yours. While we honor a guests privacy-the common areas are just that -common. One such area is our garden. We welcome you to enjoy, cook and relax however, there are times that we will be there as well either entertaining or just relaxing. Pets: we welcome pets. Dogs must be house trained and not be prone to chewing. Dogs are not allowed in the backyard to relieve themselves. Owners must walk their dogs. Cats are also welcomed however if they spray then they will not be able to stay/travel to the house. Hope this helps. Check-In: 5:30pm-9pm Check-out 12pm Guest access You have access to the garden as well as a parking spot if you do not want to park in the street. Other things to note We have a drive way for a car if you don't desire to leave car on street. The drive way is a first come basis.
