Feel right at home in "My Ol' Kentucky Home" - a 3+ Bedroom ranch house in the best location in Louisville! Just off of 264 at Brownsboro Road exit, walk to great shops, restaurants & groceries at Holiday Manor, & be less than 10 minutes to Downtown, St. Matthews, The Highlands, Prospect, and the Ohio River. The neighborhood is perfect for a nice evening walk and the large porch is the perfect space to relax with a glass of wine after dinner. The space I am an avid AirBnB Guest myself, so in the spirit of setting expectations, PLEASE NOTE: If you're a nit-picker that expects hotel-level perfection, you'll be happier elsewhere. If you want a great, charming home with tons of space, brand new beds, linens & towels in a GREAT location, this is your spot! The house has all new beds, linens, heating/AC, a brand new roof and extra-fast wifi/internet. The kitchen and bathrooms are old as they are the originals, but they are clean and fully functional (I’m slowly remodeling as I go). There’s loads of hot water, just note that the master bath takes a minute or two to heat up. All appliances are included too, but there’s lots of cabinets so look around if you don’t see the toaster. For some reason guests put it away all the time haha Guest access There is plenty of parking and the driveway wraps around the back of the house. Other things to note PLEASE - NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE AT ANY TIME. Please smoke OUTSIDE ONLY, otherwise you will be charged a $2,500 cleaning and fumigation fee and be reported to AirBnB if there is ANY evidence of smoking inside. YES $2,500. This is my home and it is a large space to fumigate.
