Condo is located on the 2nd floor in the Tennis Villas, NO parking lot view! Easy access on both sides of the building to the parking lot, there is no elevator. A short 3 minute walk to the beach! Largest oceanfront pool and Beach Bar w/live music! FREE Tennis & Pickleball Courts! 24/7 Security The space One bedroom has a King bed and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, and a bunk bed. The 2nd bath is located in the hallway. There is a Queen size pull out sofa bed. Condo sleeps 8. When heading to the beach, there are beach chairs, boogie board, an umbrella and a beach cart to carry your items. They are located in a storage closet in the unit. One parking pass is included with the rental. Additional passes may be purchased for $35 each. Guest access Guests have access to free tennis & pickle ball courts, 2 swimming pools, private beach access, fitness center, playground, outdoor bar-b-q area. Located inside the resort is Coconutz Restaurant, Gator’z Pizza and Jamaica Joe’z Beach & Poolside Bar. Other things to note NO SMOKING allowed in the condo or on the balcony. The resort has a “NO Pet” policy.
