Private Home-Lake Access-Dock-Sebring Raceway

If you're looking for a relaxing and beautiful location to enjoy the simple life, you've come to the right place. Once you experience our 2 bedroom home on the Lake June access canal, you will never want to leave. Try out our world renown bass fishing or maybe rent some jet skis and pontoon boats. Take a Mural tour in town and stop at the Depot museum. Perhaps the Sugar Express will be waiting to take you onboard. The space This is a great house to Relax and enjoy the quiet. The best part is being able to cook or just prepare a cup of coffee and still be part of the action in the great room. Our kitchen is stocked with pots, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, waffle iron, plastic-ware for eating out doors, foil, napkins, BBQ utensils and pretty much all the comforts of your personal home kitchen. The sliding doors lead right to the screened in patio. This is where you can dine AL fresco, nature watch and take a dip in the hot tub. Our over size yard is fenced in. We have a great fire pit if you would like to toast up some S'mores. We have a propane grill to BBQ out back as well. Our dock is easily accessed and a great spot to fish from or just pull up a beach chair and enjoy the quiet nature preserve across the canal. You can easily access Lake Carrie and Lake June from the canal. Most locals will take their water craft to the Lake June sand bar. There we usually drop anchor and jump in the lake. Each spacious bedroom has a very comfy queen bed and dresser to store your belongings. There is a desk in one bedroom for those that must bring their work along. We do have a full size sofa bed if you need that extra sleeping space. The bathroom has access from the main bedroom and the hallway. There should be plenty of large cotton towels for showering and a day of boating. We will try our best to accommodate any special requests. In the hall closet we keep the iron, ironing board, vacuum, and some board games. There is a Smart tv in living room and main bedroom for your streaming pleasure. And free wifi. Our Washer Dryer are in the garage just off the kitchen. The home also has a full house generator, in case there is ever a power outage, we will hopefully not be affected. We look forward to hosting you. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. There is a long driveway to fit several cars. Other things to note We are 15 minutes to the main road - US Hwy 27. There you will find some restaurants, supermarket and gas stations. In addition, the Main Street in Lake placid is also 15 minutes away. Main street and the surrounding area boasts all the famous Murals, green market, restaurants, soda shop, antique stores, brewery, depot museum and so much more. The last weekend in July is the Caladium Festival. Lake Placid is the Caladium capital. In March we are home to the 12 Hours of Sebring. This is an International Car Race held at the Sebring International Raceway. It is a very well attended event. In addition to all of this, there is so much more to take advantage of in our beautiful town. There are state parks with great walking and bicycle trails, wineries, distilleries, antique stores, alligator exhibits, and there is always live music to be enjoyed. There is no smoking in the home. We do not allow parties. Dogs are the only pets allowed. We have 2 dog limit for a $150 per dog per stay fee.
