Bright 3 bedroom suite close to lots of amenities

The suite is a bright unit in the upper floors (2nd and 3rd) of our house in a lovely area of Toronto. Currently looking to book guests for EARLY MAY 2024. Guests love our location for the pleasant, family-friendly neighbourhood,. Restaurants, cafes and grocery stores are nearby. Our place is conveniently located within walking distance of the subway, which can take you downtown within minutes to the city's attractions. Note: If you are in the City, you are welcome to come by to view the apt The space The main front entrance is shared with first floor guests. An inner door leads to the private suite on upper floors. Living area, eat-in kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom are on the second floor; two additional bedrooms are on the third floor. Guest access Apart from the suite, we have a front porch with small patio set for you to enjoy. Laundry is located in the basement. Guests can access it by entering through the basement door located at the back of the house. Other things to note Up to 6 people can be accommodated in the suite. For young kids we have a few useful items that may be used upon request. These include a high chair, booster seat and toddler bed mattress (which can be put on the floor). The suite also has a safety gate at the top of the stairs leading to the suite. A compact stroller is also available for borrowing if needed. A green space and playground (attached to the schools across the street) are available for use outside of school hours.
