The space CASA MAHUA is 3 BHK Villa with a Garden, Pvt Pool and a Terrace! ROOMS Air conditioned big living Room with leather furnitures; 3 bedrooms with King size Beds with attached baths Thus 6 people can be comfortbaly accomodated. However with extra space around the bed, we can accomodate upto 8 people with two addition floor mattresses. Double Wardrobes; 65" inch screen Television with Netflix and Amazon Prime; trendy comfortable leather furnitures from Bali. Electronic safety deposit box; Cosy corners/ reading areas with a growing Library. SWIMMING POOL & GARDEN A Private pool and a garden with outdoor Table, chairs, Recliners, maintained by staff at site. Pool is cleaned and maintained daily. KITCHEN Fully functional kitchen, with 4 automatic gas stove, microwave , crockeries, cutleries and utensils, serving bowls, plates, a big Refrigerator, Mixer grinder, Toaster, Rice Cooker, Pressure Cooker, Rolling Pin n Slab, Water Purifier, 6 seater dinning table. On special ocassion a Barbeque can be organised upon request from Guests with extra cost. Breakfast can be also organised on extra cost. Our ever energetic Caretaker can help in organising food and assist in shopping groceries too. WASHING Indoor washing machine with drying Rack; Daily housekeeping services to do your bed, cleaning and dishes (please give the keys to security guard when stepping out for cleaning purpose). SECURITY 24 hrs security Guards and surveillance cameras in driveway. One free parking inside the complex. Outside parking on street allowed too at your own risk and subject to availability. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire house, garden, pool and terrace. Other things to note The house is in the lap of nature, thus please keep your windows shut during evening or night time to avoid mosquitos, Or cover yourself to avoid them. Plug in mosquito repellant available in every room. The pool being surrounded by plants and adjacent to garden area, you may have some small crawlies floating. During monsoon some small frogs may like to take a dip at night in the pool!!!! If there is ongoing noise in the adjacent villa, primarily while their guests using their own pool, you may request them to lower the noise or join in the merriment!!
