A 17th Century Hay Barn 7 miles from Oxford and in the same village as ‘Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons’. Enjoy a glass of bubbles on your own private terrace before strolling to dinner at this famous Cotswold stone Manor. Fully wheelchair accessible & with private parking this unique property is the perfect place for a few days away walking in the nearby Chilterns, exploring Oxford’s Colleges & Cafes, visiting Art & Literary Fairs or attending appointments at Oxford’s many leading hospitals. The space Off a little gravel road that leads to a public footpath & fields you enter a large gravel courtyard that is shared with our property. There is a stone ramp leading up to The Barn for wheelchair access. The Barn is totally separate from our house with its own private terrace which is accessible from the barn front entrance and the downstairs bedroom. It is joined partly at the back by another barn. One of the two bedrooms is a galleried bedroom but has a blind that can be lowered from an old beam for privacy. Underfloor heated throughout & with fans for when it’s hot. Guest access Guests can access the entire barn & the private outdoor terrace accessible from the barn front entrance & the ground floor bedroom. Other things to note The upstairs bedroom is a galleried bedroom separated by a desk & wooden unit. There is a blind that lowers from an old beam for privacy. This could be a potential hazard to small climbing children.
