This flat provides you a peaceful space. It’s the perfect base for couples and individual to relax and rest after exploring the city. The space This super central flat (32 Sq. m) is accessible by lift and stairs (2nd floor). The place is ideal for guests of two or individual. The main sleeping area is a bedroom with a queen size bed. The apartment features 1 bathroom with shower cabin, sink, toilet and washing machine. In the kitchen, you will find a microwave, an oven, a Nespresso machine (capsule included, 1 per person per day), a fridge and induction hobs. In the living room, there is a sofa and a TV with Netflix. Important Notice – Nearby Renovation Work Please note that some neighboring apartments and the courtyard of the building are currently undergoing renovation. The works take place on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and not during weekends. During this period, you may experience some noise, dust in the common areas, and occasionally workers present in the courtyard or hallways. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience it may cause. For this reason, the apartment may not be ideal for late risers, light sleepers, or guests sensitive to noise. Thank you for your understanding and for taking this into consideration before booking. Guest access Feel free to use everything in the flat, guests have access to the entire apartment. We appreciate use of slippers to help maintain our flooring. Other things to note The flat and the building is strictly non-smoking except in the common balcony. Please note that the flat is situated in a residential building. Therefore, we kindly ask all our dear guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9:00 pm, especially when the windows are opened and in the common areas.
