With oversized original windows in the open concept kitchen/dining/family room, the renovated apartment has the feeling of a big city loft. Mixing old with new -- restored hardwood floors, old windows, original cast iron tub, yet new appliances, great lighting, etc, creates a space that is inviting and clean. The bedrooms have premium mattresses, premium sheets, down comforter and linen duvets. (The family room and kitchen have a common wall with the apartment next door, however, the bedroom does not have a common wall and is not over a shared space.) The historic College Market is directly on the way to ISU and is a great pit stop for a cup of coffee and pastry.
