Comfortable and functionable, and fully stocked with the necessities. On the main floor: An open living room and dining room to enjoy each other's company relaxing on the sofa or playing cards at the table. You can watch basic cable or your favorite shows with your accounts using Netflix, Prime, Apple, HBO, etc apps on the wall mounted 40" Samsung smart tv. We have two workspaces with desk and chair, in the living space and also a second set upstairs. Both have Wi-Fi access. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for 6. Sit inside at the farm style table or use the outdoor plates and eat on the porch. For your convenience there are many seasonings and staples including food wraps. Tea and special roasted coffee from Vashon's Small List Provisions too. The bathroom with shower has plenty of linens and your basics like soap, shampoo, conditioner, first aid kit, toothpaste, qtips, and hair dryer. The pantry/laundry room stores outdoor use blankets, beach towels, bug sprays, beach toys, dog towels, BBQ utensils, outdoor cups and plates, and the washer/dryer. Please be aware that there is a limit to how many loads of laundry can be done per day because of the type of septic system we have. And lastly, one bedroom with a comfortable memory foam queen size bed, side tables with lamps, and a closet. Second floor: The large 1st bedroom also has a sitting lounge with sofa, making for a perfect second hang out. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, side tables with lamps, and closet! The yoga room has mats, yoga ball, hand weights, blocks, second work space is also in the yoga room. *Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen size bed with natural fiber linens. Outside: 3-10ft. Plastic sea kayaks 3-10ft. SUP Many life preservers in multiple sizes from Childs-small to Adult-large. Gas grill and Solo Stove fire pit (you need to provide your own fire wood, kindling, and paper). Andirondak chairs and side tables to sit on the porch or out by the fire. All of these items are stored for the Winter on the back porch, but assessable. Be aware that during the winter you may encounter a King Tide. The road and yard fill up with salt water and are Not navigable for about 2 hours. Be aware that you may need to move your cars to higher ground during that time. Bring hip waders if you want to walk around in it. Guest access If you have rented our house, you will be the only occupants using the entire property. Our doorcode will be sent on our airbnb app messaging. Other things to note !!Attention!! All trash and recycling myst be placed in closed lid black bins on the homes back covered porch. This is a row style-close proximity community. Some homes are owner occupied year round. *You MUST only drive 5 miles per hour on the shared road. No overtly loud music, or excessively loud parties after 10 pm. In the Winter we experience random King Tides. That means that the Puget Sound breaches the bulkhead and the yard fills with salt water, our cars need to be moved to higher ground, and you can’t drive on the road while it’s happening. We do the best we can to be aware of when they might happen and alert our guests. But surprise tides have happened! The upstairs bedrooms can get quite warm in the Summer. The windows open, but sometimes we get stretches of heat that warm up the house. Floor fans are the current solution.
