The apartment has a covered parking space for a single vehicle with direct access to the elevators from the basement and ground floor. Guest access The building has a pleasant social, beach view and immense sea. A recreational space that includes three individual covered grills with a dishwashing area, dining room, awnings with their respective tables and chairs, outdoor shower, beach extension chairs, swimming pools for adults and children, parking for one vehicle, 24-hour internal security, and a power plant with full coverage for the entire building. Other things to note Guests must bring their own sheets, blankets if sensitive to the low temperatures provided by the air conditioning, towels, dishwashing soap, and personal cleaning products. However, the accommodation does have pillows with protective covers as well as mattresses. Guests are kindly requested to keep the window closed while the air conditioning is running and to comply with the rules established in the apartment and residential coexistence, which are described and visibly located in the accommodation and social area respectively.
