Fully-equipped kitchen. Reversible heat pump, + insert in the kitchen + additional mobile gas heating. 30 m2 terrace + garden. Baby high chair possible The space This house has two floors. This is our family home. We rent it occasionally. It is equipped with a reversible heat pump (air conditioning and heating). We leave it fully equipped with everything you need to cook, food supplies, spices etc. The principle is that you can use everything, replacing with the same quality for the next guest please. We leave free cupboards in the bedrooms to store your belongings. Other remarks: Daikin air conditioning: snow star symbol for air conditioning / if sun symbol it is heating mode. Insert: logs provided for evening fires Additional heating: in the kitchen, in addition to the insert, there is a mobile gas heater. Housekeeping Package Option: 60 euros Guest access The entire house except for a room on the 2nd floor in which we store our personal belongings but which remains open. Other things to note Housekeeping Package: it covers linen, sheets, towels, and tea towels, as well as housekeeping. Plus the usual cleaning of the house. 2nd floor: old converted attic. On one part, there is a window that is difficult to access that we always leave closed (including the shutters) because it is dangerous (close to the ground). This second floor is partly "condemned and cluttered" because of the storage of archives and personal belongings. The rest of this 2nd floor gives access to the master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and the 2nd bathroom Baby high chair available.
