The space Our house is a triplex (3 levels) On the ground floor: The parental area welcomes you in a small living room with a 177 cm ambilight flat screen, a bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, toilet and a 2-seater chromotherapy spa bath. On this level there is also the laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and storage. 1 st floor: Here are 2 bedrooms with double beds for each, toilet and bathroom with Italian shower. On this floor, relaxation, sharing and catering will be done in the fully equipped open kitchen, and the living room with 190 cm flat screen. Outside this floor, a large terrace offering views of the hills, equipped with table and chairs and umbrella, for outdoor dining. Guest access All rooms are accessible except the garage. Our local concierge and co-host Julie will be there to welcome you in person and hand you the keys at the entrance. Other things to note The house is equipped with the Sonos system, music throughout the house according to your desires. All rooms are equipped with one or more connected speakers. The 2 smart TVs allow access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, myCANAL. The Nico home system centralizes the control of all the lights and air conditioning in the house from its wall boxes.
