Shelter island has a strong European vibe, lots of amazing restaurants, Sunset Beach is 1 mile away from the house and Marie Eiffel is a 5 mins drive. Other things to note Regarding our security deposit, the amount listed is for a monthly rental. We will negotiate a smaller amount (roughly 10% of the total stay price) for shorter stays.
