The studio is a new living space attached to the house and features a full kitchen, a sofa, a queen bed and full bath. Easy self checkin with a coded smart lock, code to be communicated on arrival day. Free access to our fiber optic wifi network. We are living in the main house, you can meet us if you want or need. We love the peaceful feeling of being away from the big city, even though it is close by. Our neighborhood is quiet, family-oriented and great for walking. We're just a ten-minute drive from the quaint village of Montrose, featuring small-town style shops, restaurants and a terrific farmer's market every Sunday. Our location is minutes away of main freeways in LA as I-405, I-5 and I-118. We dedicate the middle parking space on our driveway to our guests and there is free parking on our street as well. Burbank Bob Hope airport is just 15 minutes away by taxi or shuttle. If you're coming from LAX and not renting a car, you can take Uber or one of the van services such as SuperShuttle. Check-in is after 3PM. Smoking is permitted only outside and you have a nice sitting for. The neighborhood is quiet, and quiet hours are 10PM-7AM, both indoors and outdoors. No pets, no parties please.
