La Stalla, Luxury Vacation Home with Sauna

!!! New in 2026 is our Barrel Sauna !!! La Stalla is a cozy vacation home and is part of an old characteristic farmhouse. The spacious home has all the comforts. Old elements such as Kunrader stone and wooden beams create a warm atmosphere. Here you can unwind and enjoy on the terrace. La Stalla is easily accessible from the highway, by train and by bicycle. Maastricht, Valkenburg, Heerlen, Aachen and Liège are reachable within 20 minutes. The space Ground floor: - Spacious living room with wood-burning stove and sitting area with television, radio and large dining room table - Conservatory with cozy sitting area and French doors to the terrace - Toilet - A modern and very fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, hand blender, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, kettle and toaster. Tea, coffee cups, sugar, milk, oil, vinegar, pepper and salt are provided free of charge 1st floor: - 2 bedrooms: a room with a double bed a room with 2 single beds or a double bed - Bathroom with toilet, bidet, double washbasin, bathtub with rain shower Plenty of towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and a hair dryer are provided Outside: ++New in 2026 is our Barrel Sauna ++ You can relax here with a view of the orchard. For the use you pay a small fee, including a bathrobe, sauna towels and slippers. - A terrace by the conservatory with sun loungers and a dining table with chairs, sofa and parasol. - In the beautiful courtyard there is also a lovely place to sit. - Free parking is possible in the street. - Bicycles can be safely stored on private property Guest access For the guests, the entire house is available with the terrace by the conservatory. The use of the courtyard is shared with the owner. Other things to note Information / house rules: - Age 18+ and infants up to 1 year old. - No smoking. - Pets are not allowed. - Location is not suitable for partying. - You are staying in a rural and quiet environment. . -Free WiFi. - For longer stays, you will receive a clean sheet and linen package per week. Additional fees: - The rate per night is for 2 people when using 1 bedroom. For 2 separate bedrooms, an additional charge of €49 per stay will be applied. Please let us know if you would like to use one or two bedrooms! - For the stay with a baby, we charge €10.00 per night per baby. - The use of the sauna costs €35 for 2 people, including a bathrobe, sauna towels and slippers. Use in consultation. The additional costs can be paid in cash or via a Tikkie. Area: La Stalla is located in the small quiet village of Ransdaal, in the middle of the Limburg hills. From the gate, various hiking and biking routes begin. You can also enjoy in the beautiful places nearby: Valkenburg (6 km), Maastricht (17 km), Heerlen (7 km), Aachen (22 km), Liège (50 km). The Klimmen-Ransdaal train station is only a 10-minute walk from La Stalla. Golfers can go to a number of very nicely located golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Nearby there are many different restaurants ranging from nice and simple to various restaurants with a Michelin star. Shops are 3.4km away in Voerendaal. Bike rental 2.5 km away La Stalla is very centrally located, making it easy to attend events in the area, actively participate yourself, or simply enjoy yourself.
