Haven of family peace, swimming pool and jacuzzi

Welcome to La Toscane Rousse : In the heart of 10 hectares of meadow and forest, come and enjoy our bright and quiet gîte, equipped with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. In the famous golden triangle of Tarn, take advantage of the discovery of Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Gaillac, or Albi, classified as World Heritage by Unesco. We will welcome you with small attentions, you will make discover the property, and if you wish it will help you to organize your program. The space La Toscane Rousse is an old renovated barn accessible by an outside staircase, you can enjoy the very large living room and its high ceilings, as well as the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sheets and towels are provided. In the living room, you can enjoy: - fully equipped kitchen - the dining table facing the view through the very large bay window from the living room On the same level as the living room, you will find: - a first bedroom with 2 distant single beds - a second with 2 single beds joined and its own bathroom with toilet - and a full bathroom with shower, bath and toilet By 2 different staircases, you then access: - a third very large bedroom, ideal for children, with a double bed and two single beds - to a fourth and last bedroom with a double bed and a sink and toilet area Outside, enjoy your Nordic bath for 10 people for your exclusive use all year round (installed in December 2022), the private swimming pool (from the beginning of June to the end of September) with deckchairs and parasols, badminton games, hammocks... Board games and books are also available in the cottage. We provide you with high chairs, cots, changing table, games for children of all ages, but also a washing machine and a dryer only for your use in the same building. Ideal for families and stays with friends, we do not however accept festive stays nor parties, wishing to preserve the serenity of the place (no outside music is accepted). Similarly, the cottage is designed for 10 people (children over 2 years old included), so we cannot accept additional travelers or extra mattresses (babies in travel cots are of course welcome!). The gîte is non-smoking, and except in the event of drought making it dangerous to smoke outside, it is tolerated to smoke outside. Guest access The large gîte is entirely at your disposal. Our house is located in an independent building without vis-à-vis, so you have your total independence. There is of course all the space to park your vehicles near the gîte. Other things to note It should be noted that there is a staircase to climb to access the gîte and the view! We speak French and English, and communicate easily in German, a bit in Spanish and Swedish !
