Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.Located in Fairview, Quezon City. 5 Minutes away and walking distance from SM Fairview and Fairview Terraces. We cater mostly to couples, small family and Individuals who wants to stay for a short staycation. All guest must submit ID. No ID No Entry on the Condo Building. The space The property is a Studio air-conditioned unit that has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, induction cooker. We provide all the kitchen utensil you'll need for cooking and dining. There's a bathroom with a shower however we don't have water heater and bidet (we'll definitely work on this to provide in the future), The room has a full-sized bed, center table, cabinet, and Sofa. You will be provided with a complete set of linens and towels. You can enjoy a 32-inch smart TV with easy Netflix access and a 10-15mbps intern Guest access The rate is for 2 persons only, 200php will be charged for extra person and the maximum person per unit is up to 4 pax only. The Condo has 2 Swimming pools (however, please check with us if you can access it before booking, with the COVID-19 situation, IATF city guidelines change from time to time) fee of 200/head during regular days and its 350 during holidays. if checking in on a Sunday, make sure to request and pay the fee before hand. Since Admin office is closed during weekends and we cannot provide swimming pass during weekends. Parking is available 250/overnight. It is a public parking so it is a first come first serve basis. We have a clean as you go policy. Please properly wash the utensils you use and throw garbage. Please be considerate to our property manager to minimize contact to all things you will be using during your stay. All guest must submit ID. No ID No Entry on the Condo Building. Other things to note We do not have attendants after 10pm. No Check-in After 10pm
