Bright Bedroom in West Seattle

Private room (a queen-sized bed) with wide widow is on the 2nd floor. (Please note that you are renting a room and not an entire unit or house.) The master bedroom has its own bathroom and other two bathrooms are shared. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. While in West Seattle visit Alki Beach snd Lincoln Park. Hop on the bus to go downtown (15 min). A korean restaurant (Miso Teriyaki Wok) and 7/11 store are a few steps away. Free street parking is available. The space The room is on the 2nd floor. It has wide widow and a queen-sized bed. The bath is shared. You can surf on high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi) or use Smart TV, a station (Coffee pot, toaster, microwave, fridge) is available. Use the dining area and make your cup of coffee or tea. Laundry, iron and iron board all made ready to use to make you feel at home and give you the privacy many travelers enjoy. Guest access Guests have access to kitchen (light use only), dining room, living room and covered deck. If they need refrigerator space, we can provide that. During your stay We communicate check-in instructions for guest who like to do check-in themselves. We respect the privacy of our guests. Other things to note 1- Check-in is after 3 pm. Checkout is before 11 am. 2- No smoking, no pet and no party. We will report it to Airbnb. Your reservation will be cancelled and we ask you to leave the house immediately. 3- There are security cameras covering the entrance doors from outside. 4- Our quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Loud music, shouting, loud TV noise, using laundry etc. would be uncomfortable for other guests in the house and our neighbors. 5- No visitors and extra guests beyond the number on the reservation is allowed to enter for the safety, security and insurance purposes. If additional person need to stay overnight please inform the host. There is a fee for additional guest. 6- Booking for other people on your Airbnb account is against Airbnb policies and we will report it. 7- Our address is not available for shipping and package/mail delivery. You can send your packages to an Amazon Locker near us or a UPS/FedEx/USPS office. Food delivery is allowed. 8- There are ceiling fans and heaters in house. Please be mindful that you are using them with energy savings. When leaving the house be sure to turn the lights and electric heater/fans off. 9- Garbage needs to be separated according to compost, garbage and recycling. When the trash bins fills up please take the bags out to the garbage bins located yard. 10- We don’t provide cleaning during the guests stay. If you cook, please wash your dishes and clean after each time you are using the kitchen. Common areas including living room and bathroom need to be kept clean and clear of personal items. 11- The heating/cooling is central. We keep the temperature between 70 and 75 depending on the season. If you are using ceiling fan or heater please observe the energy saving guidelines. 12-Please be aware guests who break any rules of the house rules, will incur penalty of $150 for each breach accordingly.
