Boutique Style tropical and quiet get away!!

An absolutely unique and charming guest house on 4 acres with pond full of fish, century old oaks and private pool. Easily accessible from I-75 Just a few miles from Venice Beach and World Famous Warm Mineral Spring ( Fountain of Youth discovered by Ponce De Leon). The space Guest house attached to the main house on the back, with separate entrance and shared with main house with lanai and pool area only. Guest access Our guests are welcomed to use entire guest house and all that amenities. They are welcome to use pool area and pool itself. Also keep in mind that pool also could be used by host or other guest, when not in use. This is the only shared area of the house. Other things to note You will need a car to get around. Keys to your rooms and house will be provided to you upon arrival. Intetnet code will be provided too. You are expected to keep the house clean at all times, and expected to leave it in neat condition, since we provide all cleaning necessities for your use. Used bed linens and towels should be placed in laundry basket in the bathroom and dishwasher started before your departure. Keys should be left on the kitchen table, and trash taken out to garbage container on the way out.
