Plenty of space for relaxing romantic, family, or business getaway. The perfect home base for those visiting Mt. Rainier. Surrounded by nature, breathtaking views of the city of Eatonville & beyond. Relax, read a book, or play board games by the two gas fireplaces. Watch wildlife outside the large picturesque windows, practice yoga or meditate with nature, or sip a relaxing beverage on the wrap around deck. Take a hike! Visit nearby Little Mashel waterfalls. Explore the peaceful forest surroundings. Star gaze while soaking in the hot tub and socialize around the fire pit. Home is located at top of gated, single-lane, half-mile narrow, windy, gravel driveway. May encounter some snow in winter, AWD, 4WD or chains may be needed to access property during winter weather events. Two car covered carport parking includes electric car charging port. Additional uncovered parking also on site. We live off site, but nearby, please message us if you need any assistance during your stay. Secluded home on 95 acres of forested land at the base of Mt.Rainier, just three miles outside the historic town of Eatonville. Near Little Mashel Falls and Bud Blancher Trail. Closest grocery market is in the city of Eatonville, approx three miles away. Eatonville has several restaurants and retail shops, be sure to check out Central Junction. Covered and uncovered parking areas available. NO PETS due to potential encounters with wildlife and in consideration of our guests with allergies. NO SMOKING or vaping permitted inside the home. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED closely at all times. The home is located near an unfenced cliff, and natural pond in forested area. Potential encounters with wildlife. There is a large un-gated staircase leading from main floor to bottom floor. No gate around hot-tub. Use of hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK. Follow local burn ban directives when using fire pit. Do not leave fires unattended. Please fully extinguish fires. The home is located on forested land. Living in the forest sometimes comes with sharing the space with woodland critters, big and small. Wildlife is often seen in the area, deer, elk, and birds are most common. Do not attempt to approach wildlife. NO HUNTING permitted on property. While pest control is regularly used guests may still encounter a few pests which commonly live in forested areas. Keeping doors/windows closed will help limit chances of unwanted pests entering the home. Guests may find insect repellent useful especially while outdoors during summer evenings. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property during your stay please contact us and we will do our very best to remedy the situation. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have a total of two, remotely monitored, motion-activated, exterior SECURITY CAMERAS located on the property. One security camera is at the front gate facing entrance and one Ring security camera with motion activated light is mounted on exterior of garage facing carport/ driveway. These two recording devices are on and recording video and audio 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the home. Please be respectful of our property, neighbors and community.
